The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

Bachelor thesis deals with change management choice of club dance sport. The main intention is to propose applicable changes that can streamline the operation of the club and will affect the growth performance of dancers. The work is divided into three parts. The first presents the theoretical background, the next section is a sports organization and its trainers are analyzed by use to qualitative research focused on the training process and beliefs of the trainers. Based on the information we are given suggestions for changes which emerged from the qualitative research.
Circumstances for drop out of youth in chosen ice hockey club

Title: Circumstances for drop out of youth in chosen ice hockey club Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find out the main reasons that led to the players leaving the selected hockey club. The case study focuses on all players aged 15 to 20 who have left the club in the last five years. Methods: A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used in this work. Specifically, electronic questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Individual questions were developed based on existing studies that address this issue as well as the supervisor's expert advice. Results: The main reason for players leaving the club was insufficient technical facilities. The least important reasons were serious injuries, which prevented the continuation of sports activities and interest in other sports. Of the ten most important reasons, six are intrapersonal, two interpersonal and two structural. Burnout Syndrome in Professional Team Sports

Název: Burnout Syndrome in Professional Team Sports Cíle: The aim of this study is to assess a prevalence of burnout syndrome and engagement in team professional sports and explore relationships between burnout and engagement and social resources and demands produced by teammates, coaches, and global sport environment and other selected variables (motivation, perfectionism etc.). Metody: The research was carried out by means of an electronic survey. The questionnaire was constructed from 7 separate questionnaires, each focusing on one of the selected predictors of burnout and engagement. It was distributed to professional male and female players of volleyball (extra-league), hockey (Chance League and 2nd League) and handball (extra-league). A total of 102 professional athletes participated in the study. The obtained data were processed using descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis. Výsledky: The results provide an overview of the relationships between burnout and engagement and the selected predictors, which are types of motivation, effort goals, perfectionism, coach-created motivational climate, and team cohesion. Sport activities among students of primary school and high school in Louny

Title: Sport activities among students of primary school and high school in Louny Objectives: Bachelor thesis is about research of sport activities among students of high school and primary school in Louny. The aim of this thesis is to find out in which sports are students engaged and what are the main motivators and bariers in sport. With regard to the local sport situation, we want to find out in which sports are students interested in and alternatively they would like to try it. Methods: Sport activities among students has been investigated by using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was realized in written form. Results: Results of this survey has shown that the level of sport activity among student of high school and primary school is high. Compared to 2010, sport situation has improved. Frequency of doing sport has increased. Despite the particular problems, student are rather satisfied with the local sport situation. Optimization of Marketing Mixes in Sports Facilities

The goal of this thesis is to optimize current marketing mixes in sports facilities. As such, this thesis will suggest appropriate optimization strategies for these mixes and recommend methods for improving marketing communication practices and service portfolios, in order that facilities may heighten their competitiveness, increase facility attendance, and enhance client satisfaction. The theoretical section of this thesis analyses marketing mixes, services, sports product, CRM, CEM, and facility environment. The practical component first presents the facility itself: a squash centre, where the analysis was done. An analysis and assessment of marketing activities of the squash centre was carried out afterwards. Quantitative forms of research, especially interviews, were used. Informal conversations were also held with the management of the squash centre. The thesis results in some recommendations for the squash centre which are applicable for sports facilities in general.
